Although it is possible to dismiss serious physiological problems as normal, it is important to treat extreme emotional manifestations with the seriousness they deserve. This is because untreated physiological problems can be the mother of many health challenges and even death. The first sign is if you are experiencing intense emotions. It is common for human beings to experience emotions such as fear, anxiety and anger. However, exaggerated emotions may not be good for your day to day functioning. They can easily tell that you are exhibiting some uncommon behaviors. It is important to accept help form those people who cares. Claiming that you are well when everyone else think otherwise may not be right.
