These are not healthy ways in living life to its fullest and one should be aware that they are temporary ones that with a little tender loving care can be rectified. One should not feel alone in what one is feeling and expressing these feelings in an open and honest way does leave one feeling relieved and reconnected with a healthy path in life.

It is best to deal with these emotions as quickly as possible so as not to get into a state of depression. It is not natural to get to this stage and it is best to work things out with a partner if one can. Sadly this is not always how things work out and getting used to the idea of being alone in life can and does cause this emotion of anxiousness.
