A fully healthy person has all these 3 running at an optimum level; mental health, physical health and spiritual health. Traditionally, if one or all of them malfunction, they get treated separately. Unlike conventional regeneration methods that target a specific health, holistic repair addresses a person as a whole, that is, their body, spirit and mind at the same time.

The theory behind this attentive method is that both physical and non-physical factors affect a person's overall health.
